So excited to be sharing the final installment from Natasha and Chris’ wedding weekend in Negril, Jamaica. For the day after we rented a taxi and went out and about exploring whatever we found.  It was great and just the way I love to work!  Please enjoy.  And come back soon for what will be a totally different wedding, Nili and Anthony’s winter wonderland wedding in Vermont.  Am I not the luckiest person in the world? while I was out in New Mexico for Amy and Ana’s wedding I shot some bridals with Nicole.  Nicole came out to shoot the wedding with me and brought along her gown so we could have some fun.  She’s getting married next year were just not sure when yet.  I wish more gals in CA would do bridal shoots.  I kind of think of them like a day after shoot without the groom who doesn’t want to be there!  I’M KIDDING!  I know all MY grooms really love the day after shoots!  Anyway here’s a little peak of Nicole’s bridals Part I.  I say Part I cause who knows if we will do more.  These were done in about 45 minutes at about 7 am.  After shooting a wedding the day before.  And it was cold, cold.   My fingers were frozen.  And poor Nicole was turning blue towards the end.  I think you’ve got the picture.  But still, I think I might want to move to New Mexico, what a goldmine of shooting opportunities.

well lots.  I just returned from Amy and Ana’s amazing wedding in Pinos Altos, New Mexico, it was great!  Now I’m home for a full 10 days before heading off to Jamaica for a destination wedding I’m so excited about.  Before I leave I plan to blog a few weddings (I think there are 6 in a holding pattern waiting to make an appearance on the blog!) and a few other fun things.  So please hang in there.  I know things have been quiet on the old blog lately but my shooting schedule is slowing down a little and wedding season is coming to an end.  That means time to share some of the wonderful weddings I haven’t had a chance to share yet.  Meanwhile…here’s a photo from a bridal shoot I did for my good friend, and wonderful photographer, Nicole while we were in New Mexico this weekend.  This was taken with the 45mm tilt shift and I love the dreamlike quality.  More coming soon.  And yes, some in focus.

Breaking the law, breaking the law…

Yes I just can’t help myself and I’m doing something I never, never do!  I’m going to blog one pic from Lu Lu and Charles’ day after session before the wedding post.   We had such a great time shooting and sharing stories and I’m so thrilled with the pics.  So here’s one.  And many, many more coming.  But unless I go totally off the deep end, the wedding will come before the rest of the day after session.  If you don’t have a day after session planned, you better get yourself one or you might be sad.

Keeping the talking to a minimum today so I can keep on keepin on! But here are few pics from Cecilia and Ivan’s day after shoot in LA. I love doing these and these pics turned out to be a nice contrast to the wedding day pics at the Ritz and the beach. Enjoy guys!

A few weeks ago I took a trip out to the Salton Sea to shoot Leah and Jason’s Day After session. (you may remember Leah and Jason from their wonderful wedding  and slideshow earlier this year)  It was one crazy day but we moved ahead despite extreme winds and a sandstorm.  I really love shooting these Day After sessions.  There’s so much more freedom than on the wedding day.  I have a few more scheduled in the next month and I can’t wait.
