Jessica & Mark had such a sweet wedding with a lot of personal touches on the top of Mount Cannon, a place special to Jessica her entire life. Jessica is doing a write up to share with everyone and compiling her vendor list. Will add that to the post soon. In the meantime enjoy some photos from their wedding day. Congrats to Jess and Mark!
UPDATE: Jessica and Mark’s wedding write and vendor list has been added to the bottom of the post.
Mark and I wanted to create a fun, personal, relaxed environment that spoke to our uniqueness, charm, and charisma. Living, breathing, and working in Creative fields, both Mark and I used our talent, skill, and attention to detail to contribute to all aspects of the wedding planning process. From writing the ceremony ourselves, designing all the stationary, to customizing the bridesmaids’ dresses, “Do-It-Yourself” became our motto!
The process of planning the wedding brought us closer to each other, and to our friends and family involved. We had lots of helpers! From Family Members: scouring New England in search of venue locations, Friends: giving up their weekends to cut out endless patterned flags and shapes, Parents: buying up all the blue Mason jars at local Auctions, Jettson (our car): making countless trips to the Paper Source and Ikea, Moms and Sisters: hand-sewing Reception napkins & Groomsmens’ ties, our Screen Printer: using up all his white ink and patience, Cousins: scoring, trimming, and hand-tying all the Ceremony Programs, Aunts and Uncles: letting us use there their home as a working FedEx location and storage facility, Friends of Friends: lugging loads of breakable decorations half way across the country… To Everyone: for creating a truly memorable Wedding, we can’t thank you enough.
It was such a blast making a truly unique wedding experience; it undoubtedly became a friends & family affair! All of our hard work and collective support definitely paid off! Our wedding was amazing, beautiful, personal, and FUN! Thanks to everyone for making it a day to remember, and to Leigh for capturing all of our special moments. Our wedding was a day filled with friends, family, and happy hearts!
