are getting married and this is one person who couldn’t be happier! I have know Manuela for about 2 1/2 years, she has been a bridesmaid in 3 weddings I have photographed. All I have to say is get ready to fall in love. These two are irresistable.
Before I share more engagement photos I want to revisit Manuela the bridesmaid. One thing I noticed about every wedding Manuela was in was that she was always right there. Always helping out, taking care of the bride, being a great friend. So I thought to go along with this post I would share some images of her from Donna, Ramona, and Lavi’s wedding along with a letter I received from her about 2 years ago. It was truly for me the highest of compliments. I am beyond excited for Manuela and Eric. To be a part of their wedding. And to see Donna & Ben, Ramona & Darren and Lavi & John again in March 2009. Since getting married all of the couples have had daughters in the order they got married. Isn’t this what life’s all about!

hi leigh, it’s manuela. donna gave me the password to the wedding album and i was looking through it with tears in my eyes. then i went to your blog and looked at john & lavi’s pictures which are incredible and realized how many amazing moments are missed by the eye and what an amazing difference a wonderful photographer makes. then i went and looked at my sister & darren’s blog pictures with tears in my eyes once again. to say you’re talented would be an understatment. i’m sure each of the couples have thanked you over and over for the amazing moments you’ve captured for them but i wanted to do it also because you seriously make all the difference. i loved each and every wedding that you have shot. thank you. thank you. thank you.
i don’t know when i’ll be getting married but i’m putting you on notice now that you’ll be doing all of my pictures for it. there’ll be no backing out and i’m reserving you years in advance!

Wow leigh, what a great post. I must say that the three weddings that are shown are three of my favorites of yours! In fact the first wedding was one of the reasons we HAD to book you for ours… I just loved some of the pics from that blog post. This set of engagement pics is just fabulous and it’s even better knowing how much the bride-to-be wanted you as their photographer. What a great story :)

Leigh – this post is SO meaningful! I wish I could just tell EVERY engaged couple how much it’s WORTH IT to have you be their photographer…I don’t care how many people they interview, no one can top your work! You are SO talented. yes, my little sister is getting married!!!! funny enough, she knew you would be her photographer well in advance of even meeting her future fiance. that’s my sister for you! we are looking forward to the wedding, and all the amazing moments you will capture. i am sure manuela and eric will look back on your pictures and be beyond pleased with their choice of photographer, as darren and i are. see you in march, and you can meet our little ‘offspring’…bella. by the way, she is quite a little diva even at 6 months…everytime she sees or hear a camera, she turns and poses and smiles!

So awesome! There is nothing better than becoming part of someone’s family. The photos are amazing as always. I am in love with her red dress and his awesome cardigan!!!! The engagement shots are stunning, their wedding ones are sure to be amazing with a smile like hers. Hope you are enjoying your vacation and break from the photography world.
