Probably the highlight of my trip to Chicago was getting to see and stay with my good friend Stacey and her family. Stacey and I have been friends since we were about 16. And believe me, that’s a looong time! I haven’t seen her and her husband Eric for a few years and hadn’t got to meet baby Nora yet. It was so fun just to hangout with them and take pics throughout the day. Here are a few pics from the day of baby Nora and Spencer the wonder dog who, believe me, will not be ignored :) And if you want to see more here’s a little slideshow I put together of the day! Can’t wait to see you all again in May at auntie Steph’s wedding!

Leigh, oh my, did you capture “the kids” at their best (and most classic) - these are wonderful! You are a true talent! I still think your work belongs in an art gallery, or in a book. Seriously, Leigh, these are terrific. You have a true gift for capturing the moment. We have a lot of pictures of these two, but these are our first real portraits.

Leigh, these pictures are precious! I LOVE the last one, w/Spencer nudging his way into the photo. or maybe the one of Nora eating her foot? love them all! great work! oh, and the song on the slideshow is likely to be the first dance at my wedding - glad you like it!
