are two of the funnest most energetic people I’ve worked with. They have so much love for each other and it totally shows. Earlier this year we ran all around the Gaslamp District in downtown San Diego for the engagement session on Heather’s birthday. I was really looking forward to their wedding day and the wedding was great. Heather looked absolutely amazing in her beautiful Monique Lluillier dress. I loved it. And Brian did too! So on with the preview :) Congrats guys!!! I’m so happy for you both. Hope you are having a blast in Costa Rica.
I always like the getting ready pics and especially the first few moments after the bride puts on the gown.
All those beautiful pearl buttons.
And of course the sash.
The ceremony took place at Mary Star of the Sea in La Jolla.
Can you tell how happy they are?
The ocean is a very important part of Heather and Brian’s life. I’m sure they are enjoying the surf and waves in Costa Rica.
Heather was a real trooper. No place was too hard or far to get to for the pics. Here she is climbing back up the cliff in La Jolla.
EVERYONE wants a pic of the happy couple.
The flowers and shoes were discarded, but only for a minute.
The reception took place at the Park Manor Hotel on the rooftop. Before Heather and Brian went up we took some time to take pics in the lobby.
Things got a little HOT!
I had to leave the room ;)
The cool thing about the piano in the lobby is you can lay on it…
but you’re not allowed to play it???
I always love the first dance.
Another one.
This was such a sweet moment. Brians mother died when he was about 9 or so and during the reception he danced with each of his three sisters. There were reminders of his mother sprinkled around the reception area.
Heather’s brother teaches the kids some of his moves.
Heather and her mom get down!!!
