A few final touches before heading to the ceremony.
Once again, getting married when peonies are in season, a great idea!
Mimi is the ultimate DIYer. She was actually interviewed for Martha Stewart, The Apprentice. The details and decorations for the wedding were just amazing!
The beautiful Mimi. In addition to being a teacher Mimi works at Erin Cole Bridal Couture where she got this amazing veil.
Mimi and her father. It was a very emotional day and Mimi was fighting back tears all day.
Before the ceremony we were all just sitting around in this room waiting for things to begin. I thought Mimi might as well sit here and it made for some great photos as she interacted with everyone!
This is why you get married in Palm Springs, no matter what time of the year.
Heating things up with the kiss~
Mimi is my second bride with Pedro Garcia shoes. These are by far my favorite shoes for brides. My brothers getting married in a few weeks and I think I might need a pair to wear to his wedding! Oh and check out Gabe’s cool socks and shoes too.
This resort is made for lounging. All over the grounds there are hammocks and sofas, all kinds of places for hanging out.
Or you can swing in these cool “egg” chairs. They kind of remind me of a nest.
Mimi gets the party started with the bridesmaids.
Mimi’s sister, Sarah, and her best friend for about 20 years, Natalie. Natalie is also a photographer so I knew I really better show what I’m made of! No really Natalie and I have worked together and she is great and always says the nicest things about me. I hope we get to hangout some more this year Natalie.
