Today I got to work with Jesse Weldon , a great photographer and a fun guy. It was a lovely wedding near Pasadena. It turned out to be a beautiful day. And what a beautiful bride Pauline was!!!

I love the details on the back of the gown!

What a sassy bride!!!
Again, the back of the dress, just beautiful!

Last but not least, the bride’s daughter, she was too cute, and these flowers were about as big as she was!

Yep, my little brother, the baby of the family has set a date. I will be flying off to Kansas in July to shoot his wedding to Faith. Since they were both at my wedding in Palm Springs I took the opportunity to shoot their engagement pictures. Here’s a peak!
Wasn’ t that some disaster movie from the 80s? Kind of what things look like the day after a wedding….but i had a lot of family and help around and we got everything picked up in no time. Then we got back to the pool :) It was a great day. The kids (and men, well big kids really) played ball and did flips off the diving board. I’m happy to say no one was injured. We are all very sad this is our last day here but it was amazing. I can’t wait to get back to work and shoot some weddings!!!

Chris off the board.

My husband!

Not revealing who this is out of respect for the family!!!
Ryan catches a nap. I don’t know why I wasn’t napping too? Throwing a wedding really takes it out of you.
Well it’s all over and we lived to tell about it! Ryan and I are the luckiest people. We had a wonderful wedding and a great time with our families and friends. We were married by my brother, my oldest son sang during the ceremony and my youngest son kept the rings in his pocket until we needed them. It was just spectacular!!! As I get more photos I will post them here. (probably until you are tired of looking at them!) I can’t wait to see what
Matt and
Shawna did.

I think this is the only photo I took all day. I thought it would be hard to keep myself from taking photos but I was so busy, I didn’t even pick up the camera the rest of the day!

Taken by my son Curtis.

My good friend Sharnee took this one. I love it. That’s my brother in the background. He got ordained online so he could marry us. Actually when I was researching online ordaining for him I accidentally ordained myself, oops!
Me with some of my good friends and a good margarita!

Thought I would share some photos from our pre-wedding dinner, the night before our wedding. We were so fortunate to be surrounded by our friends and families. It was also Ryan’s birthday, you may notice the candle blowing in the pics! The cutie with the pacifier is my nephew Jackson. You may remember him from my website, a pic from his younger years, as you can see he’s all grown up now.
