Today was a great day. I got to chaperone my son’s 5th grade end of the year field trip to the ice arena. Since I cannot ice skate myself I spent the day taking pics. They really had to twist my arm!!! There was ice skating, a pizza party and then the yearbook signing. Nothing makes you feel old like a bunch of 5th graders singing YMCA and a little AC/DC!!!

Okay, so I just found your blog or I would have commented on a “newer date”, but I had to back and get a feel for you and your blog. (I’m a DWFer by the way…) But most importantly, a mom to a 4th and 6th grader and had to laugh at the chaprone and take pictures comment.
