for Kelsey & Trey. What a fun & laid back wedding this was. I had so much fun documenting the day and despite some clouds, a few sprinkles and a broken down trolley these two just went with it. Such a pleasure to spend the day with and so very gracious and sweet. Congrats you two, more coming soon!
    to all the great dads out there. I cannot say enough about what a great husband I have. He is certainly super dad and has taken on the twins by himself starting when they were 3 weeks old. In fact he has had many more nights home alone with them than I have. He is the go-to guy for bedtime stories and tucking in. Here is one of my recent favorite photos. On the boys real birthday, Daddy showing them how to blow out a candle. Happy Father’s Day honey!
for Lesley & Matt. I cannot wait to photograph their wedding in August. The wedding day will actually be the third time I have photographed them. Lesley must have thought I was the biggest creeper in the world when I met her at Anthropologie, where she works, and asked her if she would be interested in modeling for a workshop I had coming up. It couldnt have turned out more perfectly! So this is kind of their second one little pic, I couldn’t wait to show one and put one on facebook right after the shoot. But this is their official one little pic. More coming soon! for Briana & Austin who surprised the heck out of their friends and family who came to see them off at their reception before going to Mexico to get married. About 2 hours into the party they announced they were actually getting married right then and there and the reactions were amazing. I can’t wait to share and even though I knew it was an incredible thing to witness and document. So congrats you two, more pics coming soon!
are having a little girl! You can imagine how excited that makes me as I live with a house full of men. My whole life I have – 3 brothers & now 4 sons. I would have been happy to photograph Meghan and Chris, boy or girl. Years ago I met them in Miami when I shot a wedding with my friend Riccis. Who would have guessed 5 years later I would be living in Kansas City and photographing Shannon, Meghan’s sister’s wedding (photos coming soon). Since Meghan was so kind to remember me after all these years and send Shannon my way, I couldn’t help but offer to photograph them the next morning before they headed back home. We had such a good time and they are so, so overjoyed about this little girl’s arrival. Congrats to you both and your entire families! I hope we get to do family photos in the future and I get to meet her. I was so excited to go to Dallas and meet up with Katie & Chris for their engagement session. We had to reschedule about 3 times that weekend but got a nice sunny window without too much southern heat and humidity. I cannot wait until their wedding in a few weeks, wow how did it get here so fast? Congrats you two, see you soon!
